Want to get fit and have fun but just don't have the time? The EXCLUSIVE YOGA CLASSES now offered to tenants and employees of the Sun Life Building make it easy and convenient. It's just an elevator ride away with classes now offered 3 times per week.

FREE TRIAL CLASS and REGISTRATION

New students are entitled to a free trial class at any time. You may register for your free trial class, or select one of the packages below clicking the button below.

BODYWORK BOOTCAMP MONDAY 4:30pm – 5:15pm

Julie’s bootcamps represent her very well: intense and creative. The classes are a mix of cardio and functional training with a major focus on core exercises all using your own body weight. Julie will make sure you smile the whole time ;)

YOGA TUNE UP TUESDAY 12 – 12:45

Experience the magic of Yoga Tune Up massage balls with yoga postures. Align your body and mind, while being led through each posture mindfully and incorporating your breath for renewed vigour! We will tone your butt and core as well. Music.

MOITIÉ – MOITIÉ Wednesday 12 – 12:45

Enjoy 20 minutes of a feel good yoga practice and 20 minutes of relaxation. This popular class is the perfect move-and-rest mid week solution to replenish your energy.

YOGA DYNAMIK Thursday 12 – 12:45

Release your stiff body with dynamic flows and some deep stretches, twists and relaxation that will feel like a treat. Deep yogic breathing will help you move into your weekend refreshed.

FRIDAY FORT FFRIDAY 12 – 12:45

This class focuses on muscular exercises and cardio which will cover the major areas of physical fitness as well as improving posture. Stretches and relaxation at the end.

ARRIVE EARLY

All classes take place in room 1020. Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early, especially this week as interest is high. Upon arrival, I will check your name, then you can choose a spot, lie down and relax quietly as the rest of the participants arrive. Sessions last 50 minutes and we will start and end right on time to keep your work day flowing and productive.

DRESS APPROPRIATELY

Come ready to do yoga in comfortable clothes. There are no dedicated change areas, so make sure to change in your office or in the restrooms on your floor.

BRING A MAT

We recommend you bring and use your own yoga mat for sanitary reasons. If it’s your first class, I will exceptionally have 10 mats to lend and 10 more for sale ($30 each), on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to shop for your own, good mats are readily available in many sporting and lifestyle stores. You may also want to bring a towel to keep dry and a water bottle to keep hydrated.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

No need to worry if this is your first yoga experience. All yoga poses will be beginner-friendly. If you’re more experienced, I will provide options for advanced students.
